I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hocking Hills Winery, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped onto the premises, I was captivated by the stunning scenery. The vibrant colors of the trees created a picturesque backdrop that truly enhanced the entire experience. One of the highlights of my visit was the wide variety of wines available. Hocking Hills Winery boasts an impressive selection that caters to all tastes. Personally, I fell head over heels for their Rose Lake Blush. Its delicate flavors and refreshing notes made it the perfect companion for a leisurely afternoon at the winery. In addition to their exceptional wines, Hocking Hills Winery also offers an array of charcuterie boards that are simply to die for. Each board is carefully curated with an assortment of delectable cheeses, cured meats, and other tantalizing treats. It was a true feast for the senses, and I couldn't help but indulge in every bite. To top it all off, the winery also features live music, which added a delightful ambiance to the entire experience. The talented musicians created a soothing atmosphere that perfectly complemented the wine and the stunning surroundings. What truly made my visit memorable, however, was the attentive and friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that they genuinely cared about creating a positive and enjoyable experience for every visitor. Nice size winery catering to its patrons either indoors or outside in their comfortable seating. Outside seating seems to be popular. I ordered their Pink Lemonade Wine Slushy which hit the spot after walking two trails. Limited food options. Service was friendly and professional. Pet friendly. You may see the local cat roaming near the restaurant. Nice crowd. You can use your modern devices to place your order, and and pay by phone service for your cocktails and food. As your drive in you will notice their eye-catching grape vines as you enter the parking area of the winery. Parking space in front of the restaurant. Decent prices.

On a beautiful day the patio at Hocking Hills Winery is the place to be. The general atmosphere combined with the natural beauty of the area makes it an absolute TO-DO if you’re in town. Our server was very helpful and patient with us as we decided on what wines to choose for our flights. I’m not a big fan of red wine but I chose a couple that sounded intriguing and I was really pleased with all six of my selections. Along with the charcuterie we ordered, everything was really impressive. On the day we visited there was live music which only made the experience that much better. Their patio is also pet friendly so I got to pet a couple good boys while we were there too. All in all a really great experience!

It's good. Nothing really stood out to me. I probably don't have the training to properly appeciate wine. My favorite in the flight was the least expensive. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. Probably more of a me problem. I would definitely recommend stopping if you are in the area. Just mitigate your expectations, and you will not be disappointed.

The wines are nothing to write home about, but it’s still one of our favorite places to take a break when we take a trip to the Hocking Hills area. When the weather gets cool, they bring out their stylish propane heaters to make their patio feel more cozy. Their patio is dog friendly. The overall atmosphere is very social; we almost always strike up conversations with complete strangers.
